Out of the Blue Circle
Are you pregnant or mothering a baby and struggling with unexpected challenges, like sadness, anxious thoughts or other experiences you didn’t expect at this time? Out Of The Blue is a bi-weekly peer support circle designed especially for you. This Peer Circle is a place for you to connect with other parents, talk about your experience, and realize that you are not alone. Whether you are going through stress, adjustment to parenting, Baby Blues, pregnancy or postpartum depression or anxiety, this Circle offers a supportive place to connect with other moms who are also managing the same issues.
